Refund-Cancellation Policy

  • Once a pandit (purohit) booked through pujaPurohit arrives at the desired location and is verified using the One-Time Password (OTP) provided, the booking cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

  • The minimum advance payments made for bookings or services are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as outlined in Point 9 of the Terms of Service (ToS). For any additional payments exceeding the advance booking amount, refunds will be processed after deducting transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, as applicable 24hour before puja.

  • The timelines displayed on the site for services, including the arrival of purohits, are approximate. While we strive to adhere to these timelines to the best of our ability, delays may occur as services are individually coordinated and manually executed. Delays will not be considered valid grounds for refunds.

  • Refunds will not be issued for errors resulting from incorrect data provided by the customer. For instance, if a user provides an incorrect address during booking and the pandit is unable to reach the location, no refund will be issued for any amount paid.

  • If the vendor arrives at your desired location with the samagri (puja materials) ordered through pujaPurohit and OTP verification is completed, no refund will be issued for the ordered samagri.

  • Refunded amounts will be credited to your bank account within 7 working days, subject to the policies and processing times of your bank and/or payment gateway.
